Opening Ceremony
All participants at the "2010 Asia-Pacific Radio Science Conference" (AP-RASC'10) are invited to the Opening Ceremony to be held on the 3rd floor of Toyama International Conference Center from 9:00 to 9:50 on the morning of Thursday, September 23, 2010.
The opening address at the Ceremony will consist of the four speeches given by:
- Professor Kazuya Kobayashi, AP-RASC'10 Conference Chair and President, Japan National Committee of URSI
- Professor François Lefeuvre, President of URSI
- Governor Takakazu Ishii, Toyama Prefecture
- Professor Hiroshi Matsumoto, Past President of URSI
