Special Issue of the 2019 URSI-Japan Radio Science Meeting
CALL FOR PAPERS
The URSI-JRSM 2019 Special Issue is planned to be published in the peer-reviewed journal Radio Science. Papers are subject to the regular review process by the Radio Science Editorial Board.
This special issue provides a collection of papers presented at the “2019 URSI-Japan Radio Science Meeting” (URSI-JRSM 2019) held in Tokyo, Japan on September 5-6, 2019, and will include invited papers (original and review articles) and contributed papers (original articles). It is aimed at reporting progress and recent advances in the radio science research ranging from fundamental theories to various applications, and covers the areas related to all the URSI Commissions A to K. Suggested topics are the following:
- electromagnetic metrology;
- fields and waves;
- radiocommunication systems and signal processing;
- electronics and photonics;
- electromagnetic environment and interference;
- wave propagation and remote sensing;
- ionospheric radio and propagation;
- waves in plasmas;
- radio astronomy;
- electromagnetics in biology and medicine.
All the participants at URSI-JRSM 2019 who presented papers are eligible for submitting papers to this Special Issue. It is to be noted that invited papers in the Special Issue are based on invitations by the Guest Editors.
Important Dates for Paper Submissions:
October 1, 2019
Date first manuscript will be submitted for peer review and the special issue Call for Papers is open.
May 31, 2020
Date last manuscript will be submitted for peer review and the special issue Call for Papers is closed.
Manuscripts should be submitted through the GEMS Web site (http://radioscience-submit.agu.org) for Radio Science.
