The URSI-Japan Radio Science Meeting (URSI-JRSM) is the annual URSI conference organized by the Japan National Committee of URSI and is held in Japan. The URSI-JRSM provides a regional scientific forum for radio scientists and engineers in Japan and the Asian region. The objective of the Meeting is to review current research trends, present new discoveries, and make plans for future research and special projects in all areas of radio science, and a particular emphasis is placed on promoting URSI activities in Asian countries. The URSI-JRSM also aims at establishing close ties among different URSI Member Committees in Asia.
The URSI-JRSM 2014 is the first URSI-JRSM and it consists of Keynote Lectures and Invited Talks by outstanding researchers from Japan and Asian countries, which include the topics covered by URSI Commissions A-K:
